How do I connect with the customer care department?

I do not know which garment suits my requirement. Can you help?
• You can leave a message on our Customer care e-mail ID or o the Ask for an Expert tab and our Fit Expert shall call. • If in Mumbai, the Fit Expert can also visit you at your home and help you try and decide the size & fit
I have been using cotton garments while doing yoga. Why do I need specialized “Yoga wear?
It may not appear so, but Yoga is a strenuous physical activity. While doing yoga, the clothes need to ensure that they support: • The stretch required • Breathe for the body to get sufficient air • Should carry the sweat from the body to the surface to help it dry quickly • Shouldn’t catch the odour from the sweat

Do I need to create an account to be able to shop from Rrave?
You can always browse our website and buy our products without opening an account. However, opening an account helps create a purchase history, track purchase and your preferences. The mode of payment & its details are captured which need not be provided when your purchase the next time. We also share discount voucher with our registered customers from time to time.

How can I track my order?
a) When you order with us, you shall receive an SMS & an e-mail providing a track of when the order is dispatched as well as when it is scheduled to reach. b) You can anytime login to “My Account”>”Order” c) Click on “Track my Order”
Can I do partial returns?
Yes! However, in case of purchase of sets, the entire shall need to be returned.
How do I use the Promo code?
There is an option to apply the Promo code at the time of check-out. The Promo code shall apply the applicable promotional offer and display the net payable amount post the offer.
I am not able to apply the Promo Code!
Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please check the Promo validity date. In case the Promo code has not expired, please mail us at our customer care ID and we shall come back in 24 hours. In case of system issues at our end, the Promo offer shall be extended even post expiry of code.
There are Reward Points in my account. What are they for? How do I use them?
For every purchase made, reward points shall accrue to your account. These points cannot be used for discount on any purchase. We, at Rrave, believe that we need to play our part in serving the underprivileged section of the society. Every purchase of Rrave products helps us to contribute. The points accrued are the reflection of this contribution. You can donate the points to the cause that moves you. The causes shall appear once you have completed the transaction.

As a good practice and a measure of transparency, we share quarterly updates on the progress by the recipient of your help. However, in case you would not like to get these updates, please mail us and we shall disable this option for your account.
